Job Title: Warehouse Driver

　　Classification: Regular, Full Time

　　FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

　　Reports to: Warehouse Manager

　　Power-Flo Technologies, an ever growing group of companies headquartered in New Hyde Park, is seeking a driver to join our warehouse team. Previous box truck experience required. CDL not required.

　　Full Time. Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2 PM.

　　Salary Range: $18 - $22/hour

　　Day to Day of a Warehouse Driver :

　　Pull and stage orders for shipment

　　Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders

　　Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle

　　Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day

　　Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately, gathering the appropriate signatures and acknowledgements

　　Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations

　　Warehouse Driver Qualifications :

　　Current, valid NYS driver’s license to operate company box trucks (7 years clean driving record)

　　Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification

　　Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds

　　Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies

　　Ability to work well independently, have a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn

　　Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills

　　Box Truck (16-18 ft or larger) and/or Flatbed truck experience required. No CDL required.

　　Knowledge of Nassau, Suffolk and the 5 Boroughs a plus
