　　Warehouse Coordinator – Memphis, Tennessee  

　　Warehouse Coordinator - onsite

　　As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving and researching parts for open service calls. Pulling, staging and loading material for installers. Unloading and receiving trucks from the manufacturing facility and UPS.

　　What You Will Do:

　　Responsible For Inbound and Outbound Freight

　　Receive all Class I materials from the factory. Organize warehouse to receive equipment. This may include designating where each job goes when the trailer arrives: e.g. Bay 1, Rack A, etc.

　　Check Inbound Deliveries for damage and file/process any claims. Receives Class II materials from Vendors.

　　Do a Post Goods Receipt on all Class I & Class II items received in SAP Maintain PO logs of all UPS/FedEx shipments.

　　Match packing lists to purchase orders.

　　Maintain Open PO and Closed PO logs.

　　Processing incoming RDC orders.

　　Assist in managing MRP orders.

　　Work with the RDC Order Fulfillment Tech to ensure all RDC orders are processed and shipped out daily.

　　Cores

　　Track and return cores to Door Controls.

　　Maintain RMA Tags & Supply Techs

　　Safety Program

　　Ensure stock of safety glasses, hart hats, ear plugs, dust masks. Work with CM/IC/SM to ensure all techs have the proper safety items. Distribute safety items when requested.In House Fabrication

　　Cut down Thresholds and tracks when neededMaintain warehouse

　　Keep warehouse clean and orderly Dispose of waste and scrap according to company policies.Physical Inventory

　　Assist CM and RDC manager in preparing for inventory. Storage locations should be locked. Assist in physical inventory, including counts and organize parts Identify Excess & Obsolete inventory and work with the CM/SM and RDC manager for disposal per company policy.What You Need to Succeed:

　　Dependability

　　Organizational Skills

　　Time Management Skills

　　Computer and Microsoft Office Skills.

　　Communication Skills (verbal and written)

　　Ability to lift and/or carry weight from 50-75 lbs.

　　1+ year of experience ordering/receiving parts or inventory control

　　Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　SAP Experience
