　　Put a LIFT in Your Career! Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), aworld-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstandingopportunity for an exceptional and talented 2nd Shift WarehouseAssociate at our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) located inDanville, Illinois.

　　We start paying Warehouse Associates at \$18.30/

　　hr (+\$.50/hr 2nd Shift Premium). We provide automatic pay raisesonce 120 days of probation has completed, then again every 3 monthsuntil you reach the top of scale at \$21.55

　　/hr

　　(+\$.50/hr 2nd Shift Premium), which occurs after only 13 monthsof working for HYG.

　　Also, we have no mandatory overtime requirements, but do offerovertime to interested individuals. We have an on-site health careclinic available to employees, with no cost generic prescriptions aslong as you are enrolled in our company offered medical plan.

　　Key accountabilities include:

　　Pull various aftermarket parts for sales orders, locate and/orputting away parts, verify part numbers and quantities of incoming,in-process and outbound parts, prepare parts (orders) for shipmentto customersReceive incoming materials and parts, read and follow packagingcodes, notify inspection of nonconforming parts, preserve, packageand properly identify various aftermarket parts, kits and/orassemblies,Load outbound transportation, follow documented procedures, andensure order accuracyChange battery/propane tank on forklifts.Minimum Qualifications & Essential Skills:

　　High School diploma/GED preferredAbility to pass a Background Check and Drug ScreenAbility to learn to operate various pieces of equipment (includingFork Lift and an Order Picker)Ability to work at heights (up to 24 feet) while wearing fallprotection equipmentAbility to work under a performance expectation program thatmeasures productivity based on time taken to complete job duties vs.time assignedAbility to lift up to 40 poundsStrong customer service orientationDetail and accuracy orientedAbility to use a computer and hand held scanning equipment used inwarehouse processes.HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensiveline of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under theHyster and Yale brand names. As a 2ndShift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performingall warehouse functions including but not limited to: parts put-away,parts picking, order picking, packaging, and shipping. This positionrequires certification in forklift and KOP (platform truck) operations;use of handheld computers, scanners and CRT terminals and automatedpackaging equipment.
