　　SUMMARY:

　　Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment. Store hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm

　　Work Arrangement: Onsite

　　Responsibilities:

　　Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters

　　Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted

　　Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments

　　Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures

　　General administrative tasks as required

　　Performs housekeeping as assigned.

　　Assist in annual warehouse inventory

　　All other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/Equivalent

　　Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details

　　Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

　　Excellent attendance and punctuality

　　Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

　　Proven team player

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

　　Material Handling experience preferred

　　Special Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift 50lbs on a continuous basis

　　Must be able to operate forklift and drive backwards

　　Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead

　　Must be able to be on your feet for 8-12 hours at a time

　　Must be accessible for after hours on call

　　Starting Base Pay: $21/hr+ and will include an incentive plan
