　　HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION

　　The Wardrobe Service Representative I assists internal and external customers with wardrobe needs. The Wardrobe Service Representative is involved the daily uniform operations for organization. This position reports to the Wardrobe Supervisor.

　　WHAT YOU WILL DO

　　Responsible for daily orders, issue and exchange or returns of Zoo and/or Safari Park uniforms. Works with uniform providers, garment coordinator, customer service representatives and other uniformed departments.

　　Responsible for laundering, alterations and repairs of uniforms.

　　Performs uniform fittings as needed.

　　Maintains uniform, auxiliary goods and direct purchase inventories, storage and delivery locations.

　　Monitors assigned email accounts to ensure service to team members and departments.

　　Produces reports and documents as needed.

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　The Wardrobe team at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance is in search of a candidate to work at both the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of sewing equipment, hand sewing tools, and laundry appliances. Additionally, basic computer skills are required for maintaining accurate records, including inventory. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service are essential for this role.

　　JOB EXPERIENCE

　　Prior customer service experience

　　Previous experience working in an environment issuing uniforms and performing uniform inventory

　　EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

　　Current valid California Driver's License in good standing

　　SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

　　Able to operate basic computer software programs

　　Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

　　Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment

　　Basic hand and sewing machine skills
