JOB REQUIREMENTS: Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons attables in dining establishment. POSITION: Waitress/Food Assist host orhostess by answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and bygreeting, seating, and thanking guests. Check with customers to ensurethat they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct anyproblems. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such aslinens, silverware, and glassware. Present menus to patrons and answerquestions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Provideguests with information about local areas, including giving directionsServe food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialtydishes at tables as required. Stock service areas with supplies such ascoffee, food, tableware, and linens. Take orders from patrons for foodor beverages. Write patrons\' food orders on order slips, memorizeorders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experienceand/or knowledge of serving food and beverage (Alcohol).
