Description Our reputable client is seeking a Director of Finance to join the company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as part of the management team. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Implement and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives

　　Decide on benchmarks for comparing the operating and financial performance

　　Comply with all budgetary reporting requirements, including local, state, and federal

　　Manage the preparation of all financial reports

　　Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions

　　Supervise financial planning and budget management functions

　　Evaluate and sustain forecasting and budgeting models

　　Supervise risk and insurance management

　　Create and manage five-year business plans along with department managers

　　Analyze monthly operating performance against budget

　　permanent and train employees, especially finance staff, and manage retention

　　Aid in developing department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures- Take the lead on all financial and accounting operations

　　Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts Requirements - MBA or CPA is preferred

　　Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, accounting, and finance principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

　　10+ years of accounting and finance experience

　　Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

　　Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel

　　Strong analytical thinking and a detail-oriented mindset
