Implement and configure Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions (formerly known as Itiviti) platforms for trading on financial markets, automation of testing and automation of certifications for our clients in the Americas. Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from both a functional and technical perspective. Configure, integrate and customize our products to fulfill the client's business requirements. Liaise internally with our Product Management team, project management team, and our Account Managers. Interact directly with customer stakeholders to define solutions to business problems. Proactively improve processes to promote faster implementations with higher quality and error free deployments. Assist the support team on the most critical support cases. Provide training for clients in BTCS platforms.REQS.: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 3 years of experience. Must have experience in: Development background (C++ or Java) or exposure to programming; global future markets; and L3 support of front-office trading application. Must have experience working at a sell-side broker and direct experience in a customer facing role supporting trade applications to end clients. Must have knowledge of Linux/UNIX OS and database technologies; financial services knowledge specifically around high-touch and low-touch trading; and knowledge of sell-side broker middle-office/back-office technologies.
