As VP, Site Reliability Engineering, Enterprise Arch and Engineering Alliance, you will lead the global strategy and execution for our enterprise SRE program, ensuring that Equifax engineering communities engage and embrace the required core reliability and operational standards necessary to provide a world class experience for our customers.You will utilize your cloud optimization and capability planning experience to influence other teams on how to minimize and lower cloud infrastructure costs.You will oversee and own our global SRE Guild. You will use your first hand SRE experience to lead engineering teams and organizations to utilize creative, innovative DevOps and automation techniques. You will use excellent communication skills and your preference for face-to-face interaction to champion your points of view and ideas.You will be a forward-thinking leader utilizing innovative ways and technologies to improve our CI/CD and software deployment practices and efficiencies.You will be an expert in Observability to ensure our monitoring, alerting, and event management are keeping up with new application and compliance requirements.You will become a torchbearer in Equifax's SRE community by providing a consistent point of view and approach for meeting our customer's service level agreements and availability requirements.You will be regarded as a strong influencer, and will establish credibility and strong relationships with Equifax's executive leadership to help influence and manage expectations and objectives.

Influences the direction of new software development methods, tools, and techniques across Equifax through partnerships with internal and external software and solution providers. Articulates opportunities on the strategic alignment of SRE work practices across the global organization.

　　Operational Excellence - Shapes the organizational design and processes to ensure optimal performance of the enterprise to meet business objectives. Conceptualizes the design and implementation of processes to monitor and measure systems against key metrics. Serves as an expert in the SRE operational processes, defines new ways of working and leads the changes in new ways of working.

　　Systems Thinking - Conceptualizes future state systems designs to influence architecture and engineering leaders on leveraging new technology and processes to build resilient systems. Influences and educates leaders across the global enterprise on the potential for leveraging new approaches to systems design. Partner with external organizations on the development of new technologies and operational practices. Articulates the cost / benefits in terms of overall business performance.

　　Technical Communication/Presentation - Influences senior leadership through compelling narratives that link technology capabilities to business outcomes. Advocates and influences SRE practices and represents EFX across the technology industry. Models the behavior for the organization and ensures cohesion across the SRE leadership across EFX.

　　Troubleshooting - Defines and evangelizes the use of methodical approaches to solve complex problems and issues across the organization. Advocates and leads the organizational maturity for investigation, monitoring and resolution of problems in systems, processes and services. Drives organizational change across EFX to ensure the implementation of remedies and preventative measures that impact the entire EFX technology landscape. Analyzes patterns, trends and defines themes across the global systems landscape to make recommendations for improvements across the technology ecosystem and enterprise processes.
