About VP, Pharmacy Solution Architecture

  SelectRX is a high touch, technology-driven specialized medication management pharmacy. We engage virtually with patients to ensure accurate prescription records are maintained in order to achieve improved prescription drug adherence. SelectRX does this by providing a personalized clinical approach driven by a robust technology platform to track adherence with a world-class pharmaceutical packing and distribution facility.

  Job Summary:

  As the VP of Pharmacy Solution Architecture, you will lead the strategic vision, design, and implementation of pharmacy platforms, systems, and integration solutions. This is a critical role that will shape the technology roadmap and systems infrastructure to support SelectRx's pharmacy services nationwide.

  Duties/Responsibilities:

  Driving the architecture strategy and design for pharmacy solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirementsOverseeing integration, testing, deployment and ongoing operations of new pharmacy platforms and systemsEstablishing and enforcing standards and governance practices for pharmacy solution architectureEvaluating vendor products/services and providing technology recommendations to stakeholdersCommunicating architecture plans and advocating for investments with executives and leadershipMaintaining expert knowledge of pharmacy industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory impactsIncorporating pharmacy best practices and compliance requirements into solution designs

  Education and Experience:

  10+ years solution architecture experience with 5+ years in healthcare/pharmacy domainExpertise in leading pharmacy technology platforms, systems and integrationStrategic thinker able to translate business needs into innovative technology solutionsStrong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

  Physical Requirements:

  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
