　　With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

　　About the role

　　The MMS Workflow Optimization Manager will drive the clinical strategy and operations to improve customer happiness and clinical knowledge/utilization of the MMS automation solutions.

　　Main responsibilities will include:

　　Provides Process consultation and workflow analysis of existing processes within the medication management and supply chain systems.Identifies current areas of inefficiencies, patient/provider safety concerns, revenue augmentation, cost reduction, regulatory non-compliance, and drug diversion opportunities.Performs workflow redesign with practice change recommendations and accompanying BD solutions to facilitate achievement of industry standard processes and customer strategic goals.Provides clinical consulting support primarily for sales to develop customer specific strategic BD solution roadmaps. Remains engaged through customer lifecycle as strategic point of contact.Collaborates and builds collaborative partnerships with all members of the Sales team, Marketing, Product Research and Development teams, Interface Teams, Implementation & Support teams, Customer Advocacy, and Training.Stays active and engaged with important healthcare related organizations to stay abreast of healthcare trends and changes in Pharmacy/Nursing practice that impact our business or customers.Functions as the voice of the Customer.Applies up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare industry to provide clinical input for new product development and software improvements.Workflow improvement / SOP's using recognised process improvement practice.Collaborate with service support organisation in troubleshooting activities at customer sites in case of issues and provide timely and accurate verbal and written feedback to management and commercial teams on specific

　　Degree in Nursing or equivalentConfirmed experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy technical services.Excellent customer interaction skillsDetail oriented and analytical.Lean certified or ability to demonstrate lean thinking at minimumProven track record in continuous improvements projectsNative French or Dutch speaker, proficient in English
