　　We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality, hand-crafted charms and charm bracelets with corporate headquarters located in Williamsville, New York. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team and drive the growth of our business.

　　As our VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our vendors, media partners, our sales teams, marketing team, customer service team and our management team to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our business goals.

　　Key responsibilities: * Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve company objectives. * Create and manage budgets for market initiatives. * Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders. * Develop and execute social media and content marketing strategies. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop product strategies. * Provide a comprehensive marketing & sales review by January 31st each year. * Provide a comprehensive marketing & sales schedule by October 31st each year.

　　Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. * 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies. * Experience managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics. * Knowledge of the jewelry industry, B2B focused brands, or USA/Canadian companies is a plus.
