ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a Business Development Vice President. As the Business Development Vice President, you will be responsible for growing the business by identifying, qualifying, capturing, and overseeing proposal efforts for opportunities with both existing and new DoD, IC, and DHS customers. Our core values of Excellence in Reputation, Commitment, Dependability, Teamwork, and Candor will be paramount to this role as you will be overseeing St. Michael’s Business Development process and responsible for revenue growth .

WHO YOU ARE
Proven business development track record winning new business with annual value greater than $5M in DoD/IC/DHS.
Proven record of successfully managing and guiding the end-to-end process required to win federal contracts, including identifying, qualifying, capturing and proposing.
Experience building innovative growth strategy and partnership solutions and trusted relationships within government agencies and government contracting partners.
A strong network of DOD/IC/DHS industry contacts to leverage as potential teaming partners.
Experience in leading and negotiating compliant, win/win partnerships and contracts.
Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong understanding of the federal competitive acquisition process
Strong executive presence, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives.
Proven experience managing a $100M+ pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with strong execution, innovation and passion for growth.
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
