  We are looking for a Vice President, Market Access and Payer Relations,  In this role, you will be the primary leader of Commerical and Government payer considerations for the entirety of iRhythm’s Zio product portfolio, driving revenue growth by optimizing patient access to iRhythm’s products in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for:

  Execute strategic reimbursement plans for Medicare Advantage and commercial payers to achieve short and long-range business results. Supports business teams to work collectively with payers, including reimbursement influencers and other decision-makers to ensure the continuously changing reimbursement systems remain fair to all involved parties and that the unique attributes of iRhythm’s portfolio’s value proposition will be recognized and maximize market access and uptake. This may include coordinating payer panels to review new and existing IRhythm offerings. Collaborates with business unit teams to provide critical reimbursement input to ensure appropriate reimbursement, health economics, and policy analysis perspectives are integrated into business plans. Assess reimbursement opportunities and challenges for emerging and existing offerings. Work with business and product development teams to ensure reimbursement needs are incorporated into product development timelines.  Leads and communicates competitive analysis (US-focused) for reimbursement considerations for IRhythm businesses. Provides feedback and support in reimbursement and health policy-related guidance and updates to product development teams, marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, and business leaders to influence business decisions. Provides US perspective and input to Global Reimbursement teams for use with economic and clinical studies and to support data needs for new and future therapies/products. Conducts complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of payor data,  claims data to develop position and advocacy on behalf of business to influence policy in conjunction with business HEMAR leaders. Develops sustainable strategic relationships with governmental decision-makers, coalition partners, professional societies, medical associations, thought leaders, trade groups, and patient advocacy groups to provide leadership and focus in areas of mutual interest to influence outcomes of critical market access issues. Designs develops, and implements an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivity. Provides content expertise and drives strategy initiatives on payment and delivery system reforms in the US marketplace providing education to internal partners on trends and changes and driving strategy development around these new payment models. Reporting to the Head of US Revenue for IRhythm, you will partner/collaborate with industry partners, experts, iRhythm’s business, and HEMAR leadership across the company to establish and execute U.S. reimbursement strategies. Also interacts internally/externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters, and coordinates /leads vendor relations for reimbursement counsel, and modeling development team. This Hybrid role may require travel up to 30%. You're the right fit if:

  You’ve acquired a Minimum of 10 years experience in medical device/healthcare, with expert-level knowledge in market access, Health policy/policy development, reimbursement strategies, and proven ability to navigate payment systems affecting Healthcare products/services. You have a minimum of 5 years experience successfully directing cross-functional, matrixed teams, utilizing a strong organizational skill set to drive/lead complex campaigns/projects. Your skills include strong business acumen, the ability to connect key business issues, and competitive/profit drivers to public policy matters and obtain value to advance the business interests and reputation of IRhythm. You have proven experience working on complex healthcare policy issues, requiring external advocacy strategies, and as an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. You have a Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (required), advanced degree (MBA, MPH, Health Economics, Health Policy), or similar disciplines desired. You have expertise in communicating complex, technical, or policy issues to diverse, non-technical audiences and demonstrated stakeholder management with influencers from industry and government. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.   Estimated Pay Range

  $219,200—$326,700 USD
