This includes abilities such as Welding, Milling and Latheoperation. Responsibilities: Mechanics main responsibilities is to keepproduction equipment running efficiently on a day to day basis. Thisincludes Mechanical, Pneumatic and Piping systems. Troubleshoot buildingand process support equipment to supply steam, hot oil and air. Keepproduction equipment running efficiently on a day to day basis. Thisincludes Mechanical, Pneumatic and Piping systems. Repair and maintainbuildings, and building and process support equipment in accordance withblueprints, manuals, sketches, and building codes. Design and layoutprojects from oral instructions. Should have experience in setups andpractices used in working on large equipment. All mechanical tooling,drills, taps, pullers, bearing heaters, presses, Lathe and Millingmachine. Weld all types of metal according to layouts, sketches, andblueprints using wire feed welding, brazing, and arc welding processes.Perform related tasks such as flame cutting, grinding, etc. Fabricate,assemble, install, and repair sheet metal equipment such as controlboxes, ductwork and guards. Requirements: High School Diploma preferredbut not required if the experience level, determined by Voithmanagement, off-sets this requirement.
