Good communication skills to discuss serviceneeds and service requirements with customers is a must.Responsibilities: Provide customer specific mill safety requirements toeach Field Service Technician prior to the service job. Support of theTechnical Service Experts with equipment documentation and drawings.Work in a team with other Field Service Coordinators and service groupleaders to manage group schedules and service jobs. Estimate servicecosts and determine quote price levels. Prepare quotes in SAP CSaccording to Voith guidelines - training will be offered.
