　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are looking for someone who can immerse themselves into the role and enjoy the challenge of working in an agile environment with interaction with all levels of stakeholders. Who is able to evidence a practical and systematic approach to automation and manual testing. Someone who enjoys testing desktop-based applications and is willing to challenge themselves in testing and understanding an advanced Windows-based security product.

　　Attend/Review requirements specifications and technical design document discussions.

　　Perform functional integration testing of all integration points between the applications, components, and services.

　　Perform end-to-end testing where features and user stories are tested in their entirety.

　　Create automation scripts for desktop-based applications.

　　Log, track, and manage defects from creation to resolution.

　　Create detailed and well-structured test cases based on requirement documents.

　　Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects.

　　Perform software quality assurance, feature testing (black-box testing), regression testing, Customer scenario testing, etc.

　　Involve in the sprint planning, standups for the QA updates, and feedback.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　6+ years of IT experience

　　2+ years experience in software testing (manual and automation).

　　A genuine passion for Testing and Writing automation scripts.

　　Understanding of programming or scripting languages like python, bash, shell, etc.

　　Understand the value and purpose of Quality Assurance in software development.

　　Good understanding of the operating system (Windows, Linux, etc).

　　Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to details.

　　Great passion for technology trends and all things related to testing.

　　Able to learn things quickly and pick up new skills with little guidance and oversight.

　　Proactive and initiator.

　　Good written and communication skills.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience testing Desktop-based application testing.
