JOB REQUIREMENTS: Vocational Trainer (Burlington) A. Supervise and workwith assigned crew/line to ensure quality products and services aredelivered in a timely and efficient manner according to customer andsupervisor\'s directives and specifications. B. Provide crew/line withclearly stated or modeled directions and expectations. C. Traincrew/line in appropriate work habits and skills necessary to fulfillexpectations. D. Adapt and modify workstations/jobsite to maximizepotential and minimize functional limitations related to crew/linesuccess and efficiency. E. Work in partnership with the Careers CaseManager to assure that FS/AI participants are receiving services thatmaximize his/her potential. F. Exercise a flexible/positive approach andattitude toward scheduling and formation of crew/line. G. Monitorenvironment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. H.Maintain accurate records as assigned to meet department and customerrequirements. I. Provide operational recommendations, concerns,crew/line or customer information and communications to the FSSupervisor. J. Maintain acceptable attendance rating. K. Maintainpositive/acceptable interaction standards with all agency/customeremployees and visitors. L. Provide routine first aid according topolicy. M. Exercise data entry skills necessary to maintain accuratecustomer and department information as needed. N. Represent thedepartment in committees and meetings as assigned. O. Provide assistancewith personal cares and medication supervision as needed. P. Conductparticipant training sessions in a professional manner that engagesparticipants and teaches new skills.
