　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKThis position's focus is to develop and maintain referral sources to ensure potential vocational rehabilitation customers are identified, as well as determines and coordinates the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services to customers. This position also determines and creates the appropriate vocational goals for each individual, provides counseling and guidance services, and assists in job placement for each customer.

　　Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Alternate work schedule eligible.Multiple positions may be filled from this posting with potential coverage areas including: Cambria County, Westmoreland County, Indiana County, and/or Somerset County.Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework), part-time after completion of probationary period.  In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.  If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Johnstown.Salary:Most employees will start at the beginning level of the advertised salary.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. 　　QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Successful completion of the commonwealth's Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Intern program; orPossession of an active Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certificate issued by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification; orProof of approval to sit for the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification examination, provided by the CRCC, and completion of a master's degree; orA master's degree in vocational rehabilitation, mental health, special education, social work, human services, psychology, business administration, human resources, public administration, or a closely related field.Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credit.
