Schedule Details:This positionis a POOL/ As Needed position. Scheduled as needed per openings indepartment. Hours available weekdays and weekends, 4 hour, 8 hour and 12hour shifts available days and PMs. Weekend rotation of 8 hr shifts Satand Sun every third weekend required. Minimum commitment 2 shifts permonth of availability, but more hours available as desired. Must havehome health experience. Full time orientation is preferred but wouldconsider part time orientation. Choose either being in the on callrotation (2-3 times per month) or work every 3rd weekend This is not atemporary or seasonal position. Pay: Starting at \$29.09/hr- increaseswith experience! What You Will Do: TheVisit Nurse is a registered nurse who works collaboratively withpatients, nurses, social workers, physicians, other practitioners,caregivers and community agencies in coordinating and overseeing theinterdisciplinary plan of care for a patient in a home care and homehospice environment. Ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonalcommunication and negotiation skills along with strong analytical andcomputer skills. Prior home health is beneficial.
