　　The Virtual tech is responsible for conducting virtual store visits across the company to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Schedule, facilitate and manage Virtual Visits across the company.

　　Organize data received from each visit utilizing OneDrive

　　Follow up with incomplete visits to follow through to the completion

　　Manage results of Virtual Visits inside OneDrive

　　Create reporting for each store with information gathered from.

　　Manage scoring and reporting for Virtual Visits each visit

　　Education, Experience, and Certifications

　　High School Diploma

　　0-2 years of retail operations experience

　　Required Skills and Competencies

　　Good communication and interpersonal skills

　　Professional appearance

　　High level of energy

　　Above average computer skills

　　Proficient in Excel, ZOOM, OneDrive, and Outlook

　　Excellent organizational skills
