Eurofins NDSC Environment Testing Americas, Inc., seeks a Finance Director in Lancaster, PA to perform the following job duties: Provide business units with financial reporting, KPIs, and metrics; Lead a team of Business Controllers; Work with business units to complete financial projections; Review investment opportunities and metrics; Serve as financial advisor to business units with business/cost results of financial decisions; Review cost data and makes recommendations on potential actions to improve cost control; Prepare and analyze annual budgets based on past performance and future expectations; Prepare and review capital spending requests; Respond to requests of management, laboratories, accounting, and clients for financial information.

　　This role requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related financial occupations. Requires 2 years of experience in all of the following: Experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports utilizing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including preparation and review of accruals and P&L reviews for business entities; Experience preparing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and midterm financial planning; Experience working with business unit management to review financial performance in comparison to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as drafting financial commentary; Experience reviewing investment opportunities by preparing Capital Expenditure (Capex) evaluation forms and making sound recommendations to management for effectively deploying capital; Experience overseeing periodic inventory counts and fixed assets physicals for business units and properly recording the outcomes of such counts in the financial records; Experience managing and leading a team of business controllers/finance professionals supporting multiple business units.
