Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Influence product strategy as the owner of specialized user segments on Aladdin to enhance customer satisfaction, advocacy and growth of the Aladdin community through various marketing channels (e.g. email, web, live, in-app). Lead initiatives that optimize engagement, increase Aladdin usage, and enhance the digital user experience. Engage clients through interviews, surveys, webinars and forums on Aladdin’s product offerings to evolve the platform in response to client needs in order to increase revenue opportunity for the firm. Partner with client relationship teams, users, technology leaders and other stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, implementations etc.) to define the overall deployment strategy to advance Aladdin and deliver scalable solutions that improve process efficiencies. Leverage usage metrics and operations KPIs (via SQL in Snowflake, ADS, PowerBI) to shape the overall product strategy by drawing insights on user interaction with the platform, adoption trends and customer sentiment. Leverage partnership with corporate actions vendors (IHS Markit, ICE Data Services), brokers and custodian communities to mitigate the risks that Aladdin clients face throughout the event lifecycle and to optimize the benefits of the platform offering.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience as an Associate, Technology Product Management; Analyst; or a related role. Employer will also accept a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience as an Associate, Technology Product Management; Analyst; or a related role. Five (5) years of experience with: utilizing knowledge of processing including events setup, elections processing and controls, and corporate actions processing and settlement; utilizing knowledge of industry ecosystem including data providers including IHS Markit and complementary services to design and support product development activities and marketing efforts; employing industry standard messaging protocols including SWIFT, FpML, or FIX to design solutions for clients; and applying knowledge of regulatory changes in the financial services industry including Dodd Frank and European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). If qualifying with a Master's degree, must have three (3) years of experience with the aforementioned skills.The salary range for this position is $162,500 to $210,000 per year. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
