Troubleshoot complex network issues and performing root cause analysis. Act as a point of contact for incident management reporting and escalations. Maximize network performance and stability through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and automation. Provide mentoring for the junior network operations engineers. Lead team transformation from traditional infrastructure management to cloud infrastructure management. Perform root cause analysis of the incidents and implement process improvements. Collaborate with Service Assurance and Engineering team to identify and implement solutions to improve network stability. Perform proactive network capacity analysis and implement solutions before they become problems. Assist with the establishment of operational procedures & support documentation. Review, track and update network operations policies, standards and documentation. Assist with development of the network management platform adoption, configuration and tuning. Daily network checks and operational handover duties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Network Engineer, Network Administrator, System Administrator or related.
