Position Summary

　　MAG Aerospace is seeking a Vice Presidentof Operations for it's DEC(Digital Engineering & Communication) Business Unit. This position will provide the Operations P&L Management for one of MAG’s Business Units.This position will as so provide oversight and management of theDigital Engineering & Communicationsportfolio and will have full accountability and responsibility for the performance of the portfolio, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Business Unit Manager.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

　　Responsible for all performance elements of the portfolio, including Program Execution (cost, schedule, performance), Financial performance, Business Development (new and recompete business capture, pipeline development), CEO/CFO/CGO/GC engagement, Board of Directors engagement, talent development and management, organizational development (metrics development and measurement, continuous improvement)

　　Supervise and mentor Program Managers and Senior Technical personnel managing and executing C5ISR and Digital Engineering solutions and programs.

　　Assist the SVP in the development and execution of Strategic engagement plan with customers.

　　Work closely with internal and external business development teams to develop and execute a business growth strategy for the Business Unit.

　　Other Duties as required.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Ten years progressive leadership experience in Operations and Program Management of DOD programs.

　　Proven record of business growth and capture within the DOD acquisition market.

　　Ten years of management experience with the clear understanding of HR, Finance, Security, Export/Import Compliance, and executive communication necessary to successfully execute the day-to-day operations or the program portfolio.

　　Proven track record of strong people leadership

　　Strong business acumen necessary to manage a $100M P&L with high growth potential.

　　Strong capability to define and refine business processes

　　Extensive experience with U.S. Government contract activities with the DOD, and other Federal agencies

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university or minimum 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degreeClearance

　　Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibilitySpecial Note
