　　Position Summary:

　　We are currently seeking an experienced marketing professional to assume the role of Vice President of Brand Marketing & Communications at Benco, overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts. In this position, the incumbent will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be responsible for providing strategic vision, team leadership, and direction for various functional areas, including Brand Marketing & Communications, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Programs & Promotions, and Practice Design.

　　The successful candidate will be adept at conceptualizing the overarching marketing landscape, delving into key insights, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and building out the team to scale. The Vice President of Marketing and Digital Transformation will also play a pivotal role in steering the organization-s digital transformation journey and strategy across pertinent channels. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of marketing dynamics and the ability to drive impactful initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

　　Accelerate Benco Dental-s digital transformation initiatives by ensuing the right team, tools, and partners are in place

　　Developing and execute on a marketing strategy that drives the company's brand by leveraging branding, digital marketing, programs & promotions and PR

　　Oversee and drive the overall long term digital marketing strategy as part of the digital transformation initiative and deliver on goals and KPIs

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts

　　Work with the team to develop unique value propositions and call to action-oriented campaigns targeted toward key customer segments that increase brand awareness and generate leads

　　Ensure reports have the information, tools, and resources necessary to meet their goals

　　Identify and clear blockers, communicating changes in priority or focus in a timely manner

　　Establish key objectives, metrics and success criteria for all marketing activities to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns

　　Conduct and analyze customer research, understand the competitive landscape, and track marketing trends to inform competitiveness and capitalize on opportunities

　　Identify, on-board and manage agency partners as needed

　　Develop and track the marketing budget

　　Coach, mentor and develop the overall marketing team

　　Performs other duties as directed

　　Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

　　10 + years of senior leadership experience in brand marketing management

　　4+ years of experience leading a digital marketing team

　　Bachelor-s degree in marketing or business required; MBA is a plus.

　　Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic and comprehensive marketing plan measured by effective metrics and business processes.
