The VP will play a critical role in identifying, shaping, and implementing talent strategies that align with and support the overall goals of the financial services business and reflect best practice and industry trends.As a member of the HR leadership team, the VP for Financial Services partners and collaborates with the overall HR team and infrastructure to drive consistent, standard, and centralized HR processes and whenever possible, to leverage internal resources like shared services, automation/technology and other tools aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy. In doing so, the VP for Financial Services seeks to position the team of Senior HR Directors (direct reports to this position) to serve as true strategic partners to their respective business leaders focused on accelerating talent focused strategies and proactive problem solving to enable the business to perform and achieve its goals and objectives.As a member of the Financial Services leadership team, the VP for Financial Services partners and collaborates with business leaders to ensure talent strategies, processes and policies enable the business to achieve its goals and navigate a changing business environment.This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the HR leadership team. This role has dotted line responsibility to the President of the Financial Services division and has approximately six direct reports.Responsibilities:Talent Management* Working with both HR and business leaders, develop and execute talent management strategies that align to and support business goals and objectives.
