As part of our dynamic team, you'll contribute to the success of the business and work with some of the Assembly and Edelman network of top communications and marketing professionals.Responsibilities:
- - You'll lead and contribute to executive positioning strategies across multiple Microsoft leaders and business units. - You'll be asked to apply expert corporate reputation and executive communication processes and principles to our work in a fast-paced environment. - Lead operational and financial performance of account teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes, and that client requests are handled in timely and strategic fashion. - Thoughtfully counsel clients based on executive communication/internal communications landscape and business goals; take immediate action on client feedback. - Capitalize on, and contribute to, the Assembly/Edelman global network to serve and grow business; supervise staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviews, and overseeing their professional development. - Manage billing; and ensure that you and your team understand the general business strategy, products, and services offered by Microsoft, as well as issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary competition, and general issues facing their industries.
Basic Qualifications:
- - At least 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, executive communications, internal communications, communications strategy, corporate transformations, change management, employee engagement, or agency experience. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record for working with senior executives to provide thoughtful counsel clients' based on the internal and external landscape and business goals.
Takes immediate action on client feedback.
Experience with internal digital/social platforms (e.g. internal mobile apps, social/collaboration platforms, internal messaging platforms, etc.), or diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) is a plus but not required.
