Description

　　As a Vice President - Business Agility and Enterprise Change, you will connect digital strategy with execution by helping our clients accelerate flow of value, impact and long-term sustainable transformation. You will work in two modes:

　　Partnering with multidisciplinary strategy teams comprised of business, experience, engineering and data strategists to formulate recommendations that address customer needs and frame downstream workCoach and advise at all levels of organizations to support our clients in accelerating value delivery, working in partnership with product, experience, engineering and data practitioners

　　Your Impact:

　　Shape and deliver strategy consulting engagements focused on enterprise product and lean agile transformation. Set the client agenda through a deep understanding of their business, proactively engage in value-added conversations about their most essential priorities and goals Develop digital / product operating models for large, complex, global and multi-brand client organizations to improve flow of value and speed to market through application of Lean-Agile principles and practices. Develop compelling change roadmaps, including vision, operating model as-is and to-be blueprints, and influence key stakeholders spanning business leaders, IT and financeCollaborate with and coach senior client executives on project to product transitions and the associated organizational and capability changesLeverage contextually appropriate frameworks (Agile/DevSecOps/SAFe) to transform Enterprise Planning, Portfolio Management, Governance, and Product EngineeringCoach teams on modern ways of working, tooling, and utilizing metrics to improve delivery performance and drive business outcomes Advise clients at multiple levels on topics spanning Product Strategy, Product Execution, Product Insights and Operations, and managing changeProvide thought leadership and compelling perspectives on connecting digital strategy and execution

　　Pay Range: $200,000 - $350,000

　　The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
