　　At Bulger, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive care, including General Practice, 24-hour Emergency Services, and Specialty Medicine. As a Client Concierge, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every pet owner's experience is exceptional throughout the emergency process.

　　About the Role:

　　As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting our guests according to company standards. In a fast-paced multi-doctor/department practice, you'll handle various tasks, including preparing and reviewing electronic medical records, directing appointments, processing payments, answering phones, and providing empathy during end-of-life decisions.

　　Compensation:

　　$17 - $19 pending experience & skillset

　　Schedule:

　　Four 9-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

　　Day and Evening shifts available

　　One weekend shift/week

　　Up to 3 Holidays/year (double time pay)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Prepare and review electronic medical records.

　　Assist with general information and appointment scheduling.

　　Process payments and assist in financial processes.

　　Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.

　　Fill medications with care and empathy.

　　Show understanding and empathy during end-of-life decisions.

　　Skills and Experience:

　　Previous experience in delivering exemplary client service.

　　Passion for providing a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment.

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills.

　　Superior interpersonal skills for positive working relationships.

　　Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and occasional holidays.

　　Previous experience in veterinary reception, medical secretary, or customer service preferred.
