　　Job Title : --Electrician (In-House)

　　Job Summary : --New England Mechanical Services, Inc is looking for a licensed Electrician to work at a customer site in RI. This person will assemble, install, test, troubleshoot and maintain commercial controls, fire alarms, electrical or electronic wiring and equipment.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --

　　--Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes.

　　--Installs, calibrates and maintains gas monitoring equipment as well as sensors and devices

　　Integral to building automation and HVAC control systems

　　--Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.

　　--Repair faulty equipment or systems.

　　Qualifications : -- Valid RI Electrical license. Valid Driver's License. Prior Commercial/Industrial experience required. Must be able to work independently, be self-sufficient, and able to make field decisions. Must be able to pass extensive security background check.
