In office programs include a business center, gym, cafeteria, meeting catering and daycare plus many services.

　　As a vendor performance advisor, you will…

　　• Provide ongoing performance management, process improvement and share best practices in support of multiple Starbucks Support Center amenity programs.

　　• Monitor service delivery and partner satisfaction, participate in the development of reporting processes & data tracking to drive improved decision making and recommendations for future strategy.

　　• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with operational service providers and stakeholders.

　　We’d love to hear from people with:

　　• Expert in building/establishing relationships across multiple levels with both internal and external partners

　　• Excels at working in a fast paced and every changing environment with ability to balance multiple priorities

　　• Strong decision-making skills

　　• Ability to lead projects to completion, research issues and provide appropriate solutions

　　• Ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis of operational issues

　　• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

　　• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing\Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
