WTW Egypt
In WTW Egypt there are two segments: Health, Wealth & Career and Risk & Broking. Our segments develop and deliver world-class risk solutions to our clients. Within Risk & Broking, there is a Corporate Risk and Broking business which is approximately 70% / 3.8 million USD of the business revenue. Health, Wealth & Career has 2 lines of business: Health and Benefits and Work and Reward.
The total team will be approximately 100 employees with a revenue of 5.6 million USD.
The Role
The Head of Egypt is responsible for representing the WTW business across all our business segments to the marketplace, being customers and suppliers. This includes responsibility for developing and executing business model strategic plan that drives overall revenue growth and direct margin improvement and profitability (P&L), across all business lines. oversee effective deployment of all resources, and build strong relationships with clients and convert prospects into future clients.
Depending on the selected candidate, the role is expected to double-hat with Head of Segment with related accountabilities including driving the segments revenue growth and profitability by actively managing the P&L (revenue growth, direct cost management etc.)
Responsibilities
Make smart connections by identifying comprehensive solutions to client situations and determining how to best bring those solutions to the client.
Ensure WTW value proposition is clearly understood by colleagues, regularly reviewed and implemented. Consistently deliver client solutions that address each client’s risk exposure needs.
Foster a trusted executive risk advisor relationship with strategic clients representing 70%+ of the business model revenue.
Drive innovation & excellent client experiences by connecting WTW expertise across Lines of Business, specialty, geography, product and industry.
In conjunction with Broking, maintain key senior underwriting relationships with insurers to bolster WTW market leverage, in the best interests of our clients.
Develop & implement organic growth plans focused on key segments, industries & Lines of Business segments to support revenue growth
Actively lead the development of new & expanded revenue opportunities by working closely with new business, Lines of Business segments & Market/Industry leads to engage applicable internal and external resources.
Drive client retention by responding quickly to clients’ dissatisfaction and implement changes to satisfactorily address the servicing issues. Maintain client retention ratios above 95% of organic annual revenue.
Actively mentor and provide guidance to service teams on best practices. Provide guidance on service fee revenue model pricing, effective utilization of CRM sales tools (dashboards, pipelines, etc.) to optimize revenue growth across existing and new revenue streams.
Overseeing the effective promotion and practice of good corporate governance and compliance pertaining to all relevant policies, legislation and regulations.
Budget permitting, execute WTW brand marketing plans in collaboration with the geography leader and WTW marketing team.
Identify, hire, develop and retain strategic talent investment know how - ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with annual compensation plan and STI, career level job grading, annual performance objectives reviews and address under-performing investment hires and ensure there is in place ongoing technical insurance and soft skills training.
Ensure revenue forecasting is always accurate and up to date.

The Requirements
Track record of driving profitable revenue growth, building high performing multi-skilled specialist servicing teams and proven people management and leadership skills.
Ability to build, maintain and manage multiple client relationships at the most senior levels within client organizations.
Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels.
Track record of sales expertise and client appointment within the market.
High level of business acumen.
Ability to navigate client / prospect insurance RFP procurement process.
Ability to coordinate service team activities across client segments.
Ability to get the best of people through effective individual contribution, teamwork, collaboration, respect and driving a daily purpose culture.
Ability to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend the full breadth of WTW’s services by identifying client risk exposures and delivering a value adding bespoke solution.
Ability to successfully direct multiple strategic projects and ensure deliverables on time and within budget.
An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written English communication skills. Fluency in Arabic is essential
