　　【職務内容詳細】

　　担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と実行・実現予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、社内外の関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行します。

　　販売データ・市場動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善、販売データ・市場動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善を行います。

　　最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化、仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関して分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。

　　日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても戦略的判断に基づきパートナーシップの維持・強化を行います。

　　WEBを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー）関係者との協働を通じて、webを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。

　　社内関連部署との連携

　　シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、およびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。

　　プロジェクトへの参画全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。

　　Tokyo, 13, JPN

　　Basic Qualifications

　　3+ years of with Excel experience

　　5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience

　　Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience

　　Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

　　Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
