Famous Supply is looking for a Vendor Management Inventory Associate at our Willoughby, OH location (MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN AT OUR BEDFORD, OH, LOCATION)   

　　Vendor Managed Inventory Associates work in the warehouse and also provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch, in person and via phone, the Famous Way. Counter Sales Associates help contractor customers get the materials they need so they can get back to their job. 

　　Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

　　Primary Job Responsibilities 

　　Provide friendly and helpful customer serviceUnderstand customer needsProcess and schedule customer ordersManage Open Orders and customer BidsPull orders from the warehouse to serve customersReceiving materialPut-away of materialPicking customer ordersStaging customer orders for delivery

　　Required Experience and Responsibilities

　　Customer service mindsetAbility to use computerAbility to utilize internal software to manage order fulfilment and inventoryAbility to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour dayAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damageAttention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accuratelyKeeping warehouse clean, neat and organized Preferred Experience and Skills
