　　Counter Sales Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch, in person and via phone, the Famous Way. We specialize in plumbing and HVAC. Knowledge in these fields is preferred to keep our customer service efficient. Counter Sales Associates help contractor customers get the materials they need so they can get back to their job.

　　Primary Job Responsibilities

　　Provide friendly and helpful customer serviceUnderstand customer needsProvide the products and solutions to meet customer needsProcess and schedule customer ordersManage Open Orders and customer BidsPull orders from the warehouse to serve customersKeep counter area clean and organized Required Experience and Skills

　　Technical HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledgeCustomer service mindsetAbility to use computerAbility to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour dayAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Preferred Experience and Skills
