Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Lead Diesel Technician

　　Job Status: Year Round Full Time

　　Compensation and Benefits:

　　Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $33.50 to $38.20+, actual paywill be adjusted based on experience.

　　Job Summary:

　　The Lead Diesel Technician performs preventive maintenance inspections(PMI); troubleshooting; failure analysis and ensuing resulting repairsof Powdr Copper Mountain's fleet, including trucks, vans, heavyequipment, and buses. Provides Powdr Copper Mountain with maximum safe vehicle

　　Basic Requirements:

　　High School Education or equivalentMust have the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.Accurate verbal and written communication skills, understanding and theability to read and write the English language.Must be able to lift 50 poundsMust have valid US Driver's License and Commercial Driver's License orability to secure one.Must have bottom rollaway box and tool to perform major PMI's and repairs onfleet, (excluding "specialty tools").

　　Preferred Experience and Special Skills:

　　Must possess the ability to operate all types of fleet equipment.Minimum in the Vehicle Maintenance diesel vehicle field or three to six yearswith a certificate of completion in an Automotive Diesel Technology schoolwith a minimum of 1000 clock hours. Must include knowledge and expertise inthe following areas: hydraulics, electrical, electrical overhydraulics, gas and diesel engine systems, computerized engine controlsystems, drive train, chassis, body repair, basic welding, fuelsystems, air systems and schematic drawings
