Job Summary :

　　The UX Designer collaborates extensively with the product owners to come up with user centric application designs, with a heavy focus on making the interaction designs more intuitive.

　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Collaborate with product owners to understand the targetted user workflows, functional objectives and brainstorm on design solutions

　　Lead development of low-medium fidelity wireframes / clickable protoypes and in review sessions, explain the design rationale and highlight tradeoffs between design options

　　Iterate on the design, incorporate feedback from relevant collaborators and finalize the design details including the visual design aesthetics, exception handling safeguards & task productivity considerations (shortcuts, etc.)

　　Validate the design details during implementation (w.r.t. wireframes & UI guidelines), conduct usability tests, present conclusions and propose design enhancements to address identified usability issues

　　Who You Are:

　　Work closely with the Scrum teams to establish practical UI guidelines & align with UX Designers from adjacent applications for overall design consistency and reuse of common design patterns.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Very solid grasp of Information Architecture & Interaction Design activities (e.g. responsive UI layout, navigation & workflow design, UI controls & user feedback on their use / on errors)

　　Thorough knowledge of wireframing / prototyping tools (preference for Adobe XD)

　　Good Visual Design skills

　　(e.g. color palettes, icons, fonts)

　　Knowledge of icon design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)

　　Good Analytical skills to process complex user requirements

　　Creative Thinking & Problem Solving

　　Self Driven & Resourcefulness

　　Collaborative Approach

　　Excellent verbal and written Communications Skills

　　Basic knowledge of software development processes & Agile concepts

　　Knowledge of user centered design principles and Brainstorming / Ideation techniques

　　Knowledge of web design frameworks

　　(preference for Material Design)

　　Abilit to judge technical feasibility of design concepts (when implemented using web technologies)

　　Experience with Microsoft Excel

　　Willingness & attitude to learn / improve

　　Manage Ambiguity / Decision Making
