As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with a talented UX, Creative, and Content team to conduct research, create concepts, and lead testing sessions to develop a best-in-class Web&App experience. You’ll be designing workflows, interactions, and paradigms that support our patients.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Management to plan new features and improvements to the website and patient-facing apps • Design experiences, interactions, and features that improve web & app experiences for continued growth and success.
Understand customer problems, clearly define design solutions, and provide detailed deliverables • Support engineers in translating and implementing your designs.
Effectively manage projects to meet deadlines and requirements.
Participate on a cross-functional team(s) to help define experience solutions, collaborating with product managers, creative and copy, engineering, QA, analytics, and partner team members.
Conceptualize and define experiences through sketching, storyboarding, prototyping, information modeling and other methods.
Develop lo-fi and high-fidelity prototypes for customer and business evaluation.
Create design deliverables to effectively communicate detailed experience requirements and interaction behaviors for customer and associate experiences, across all devices.
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and documentation.
Effectively communicate design solutions to cross-functional senior leadership.
Remain up to date on current and emerging user experience design trends.
Work with Business Intelligence teams to develop and update user journey/experience maps, personas, and empathy maps that can be used to drive UX and product enhancements.
Ensure the customer is at the center of all experience and design.
Conduct user research (site visits, concept reviews, observations, etc.) throughout the solution design/definition and development life-cycles
Review/QA work prior to deployment to ensure original designs were implemented correctly, that it still meets the required objectives and meets the high standards.
Turn broad, conceptual ideas into world-class experiences.
· Own the full design process, from early product discovery and ideation to final pixel-tweaking with engineers.
Design flows that are intuitive, elegant and provide value for our team members while accounting for a variety of scenarios.
Gracefully articulate and defend design decisions to peers and leaders.
Requirements
Sound knowledge of core design methods with accessibility in mind (sketching, wireframing, storyboarding, etc.)
Ability to describe user problems, user flows, and success metrics to evaluate design solutions with qualitative and quantitative analysis
Ability to design experiences for various user contexts, such as in office, at home, and in transit.
Demonstrated ability to communicate sound design rationale through different mediums and design deliverables
Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to determine MVP & Future state visions.
2+ years of professional UX design experience
Skilled in Figma building interface designs, prototypes, and libraries.
Experience working with and contributing to Design System(s)
Preferred Qualifications .
Prior experience with visual design & UI.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, product design, multidisciplinary design, user experience, or a related field.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
