Design the experience and interaction between users and the product or service. Specific duties include: researching and understanding user needs and behaviors through methods such as user interviews, surveys, and analytics data; creating user personas and user flows to identify key user journeys and pain points; collaborating with stakeholders, such as Product Managers and Developers, to create design concepts and prototypes that align with business goals and technical constraints; conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from users to refine and iterate on designs; creating detailed design specifications and documentation for Developers to implement; continuously iterating on designs and testing new features to improve the user experience; creating hi-fidelity and low fidelity designs for multiple platforms such as mobile, web; and creating a prototype for user testing and validation.Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent and Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or similar position*
