　　Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes

　　Here's what you need:

　　Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery

　　Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical advisory or consulting role

　　Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with either an SAP or Oracle platform.

　　Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions and technologies

　　Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g. CIS replacements)

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Ability to travel 50% or more, as needed.

　　Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
