　　Our User Experience team designs our customers' end-to-end experience. We focus on how our customers buy, try, use and manage Akamai products and services. Our UX Research team helps us understand our customer needs and behaviors. We deliver actionable insights to steer data-driven decisions for Akamai's product and services.

　　As an User Experience Researcher Senior II, you will be responsible for:

　　Using leading product analytics platforms to track user behavior

　　Applying quantitative methods to analyze large datasets

　　Identifying patterns to extract actionable insights relevant to product usage and user behavior

　　Improving our understanding of the user experience, and influence next-generation product development

　　Communicating insights through interactive data visualizations to illustrate complex data insights effectively.

　　Collaborating with other teams to ensure user research allows us to answer and resolve complex questions

　　To be successful in this role you will:

　　Have a UX research background and relevant experience

　　Have experience in product analytics and using tools like Pendo, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar

　　Possess quantitative analysis skills, particularly for product usage data

　　Demonstrate experience of owning end-to-end research projects and distilling data into actionable insights

　　Have a proactive and creative problem-solving mindset

　　Be familiar with working in cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

　　Be experienced in working with enterprise software - nice to have

　　Be able to engage in clear, inclusive communication through collaborative dialogue in various mediums
