  Position Summary...

  What you'll do...

  Provides leadership and clinical oversight for Walmart Health's behavioral health services. Provides clinical and operational oversight of in-center behavioral health providers delivering on-site and telehealth visits.

  Manages the onboarding process (for example, schedules, training completion, readiness).

  Reviews/audits provider patient record documentation.

  Leads all provider clinical case staffing and administrative meetings.

  Identifies resource requirements.

  Oversees provider productivity.

  Determines and oversees case staffing.

  Evaluates operational processes and measures outcomes to ensure desired results.

  Defines and manages dashboards related to provider productivity in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

  Identifies improvements to enhance provider workflows and improve productivity and patient experiences.

  Directly governs and supports individual behavioral providers, including human resources needs, scheduling, hiring, and recruitment.

  Ensures providers meet regulatory compliance and quality-of-care requirements through reviews/audits of patient record documentation and case staffing meetings.

  Identifies and implements EMR optimizations to provider documentation and treatment plans and works with appropriate resources to implement. Implements value-based care initiatives related to behavioral health.

  Determines resource requirements. Identifies and capitalizes on improvement opportunities. Promotes a patient-centered environment. Demonstrates adaptability and sponsors continuous learning. Onboards/offboards provider processes.

  Oversees compliance with applicable state, federal, and local laws and company policies and procedures. Analyzes and interprets reports and safety controls to determine the root causes of deficiencies. Develops and ensures the implementation of best practices to promote patient safety. Oversees safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews and develops and implements action plans to improve performance. Ensures training and guidance on the execution of company policies and procedures.

  Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce. Diagnoses capability gaps. Recruits, selects, and develops talent. Supports mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning. Leverages the capabilities of new and existing talent.

  Sets expectations to promote patient experiences. Holds behavioral health providers accountable for instilling a trusted healthcare environment with professional, knowledgeable, and capable healthcare providers and associates. Ensures healthcare professionals exercise consistent standards of care.

  Ensuring providers meet regulatory requirements.

  Develops, grows, and maintains professional relationships with behavioral health providers. Communicates Walmart Health's mission and vision within the healthcare professional community. Advocates and communicates the mission and standards that establish a "best place to practice" environment. Understands the scope of healthcare professions and changes in healthcare. Achieves alignment with operational leads to ensure that clinical and business needs are communicated and met.

  Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics. Develops consequences for violations or non-compliance. Supports the Open Door Policy.

  Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives.

  Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

  Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

  Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.

  Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

  Minimum Qualifications...

  Current licensure and board certification as a Psychiatrist or LCSW.

  5 years' experience providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting.

  5 years' experience in a behavioral health setting treating adults, children, and families.

  Prior work experience using electronic health medical records, preferably Epic.

  Prior work experience in "Integrated Behavioral Health" within an interdisciplinary, primary care setting.

  Valid, state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel is required 50% of the time.
