PDS Tech Commercial Inc, is looking for for an Inspector - CMM/PC-DMIS for our Aerospace client in Torrance, CA.

　　CONTRACT: 6+ months

　　Pay Rate: $ 40

　　Schedule: 2nd shift 3:30pm

　　Job Description: PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator

　　Provide Quality Control Inspection support for our client while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production. Be part of the Quality Control team that provides their expertise and ensures that the customer receives products that meet their expectations. Drive continuous improvements in support of Quality Control Inspection and Operating System.

　　Recommend and implement improvements that help deliver the best timely solutions resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.

　　Minimum Qualification Requirements:

　　YOU MUST HAVE:

　　• High School Diploma or equivalent

　　• 5+ years of inspection experience

　　• Ability to interpret drawings and comprehend GD&T

　　• Ability to use hand measuring equipment

　　Special Considerations:

　　Lifting will not exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.

　　Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological or other physical risks are anticipated.

　　• Perform CMM (coordinate measuring machine) inspections using Hexagon 7.10.7 SF

　　• Verify parts are conforming to specifications and drawings

　　• Audit quality control programs

　　• Recommend improvements in the CMM process

　　Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
