The position in Maintenance requires a level of technical competence such that the performance of general building, grounds, and equipment maintenance is easily accomplished.  The duties of Maintenance include, but are not limited to the following:

　　General carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems repair experience a plus.Ability to repair plastered walls and ceilings, drywall repair, paint, preparation, etc.Operation of simple machine tools in residential construction and maintenance.  For example, but not limited to lawn mowers, snowplows, snow blowers, leaf blowers, power drills, circular saws, hammers, jack hammers, cutting tools and knives, etc.  This list is to not be a sample and is not all inclusive.Performing all other maintenance duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance Foreman.This position is based in Milton, PA 17847.

　　Starting pay rate is $15.00 per hour. 

　　Full-time position expected to work 37.5 hours per week, based at our Milton, PA location. 

　　Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00. 

　　This is a benefits eligible position following completion of the required probationary period.  Medical & Vision Insurance, 100% employer matched 401k contribution, paid holidays, plus paid vacation and sick time commensurate with numbers of years of service with the Housing Authority. 

　　This has a requirement of at least one week per month, emergency after hours on call availability.  Additional on call pay is provided for the time on call, plus time and a half for any overtime hours.
