Hours: * Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm or 9a to 5pm * On-call rotation (one or two weekends per month) Duties: * May be required to work in the field with clients on occasion * Answering incoming calls and assisting callers with scheduling appointments * Using phone systems and computer software to manage and update appointment schedules * Communicating with staff and clients to ensure accurate scheduling * Rescheduling shifts as necessary and notifying clients of any changes * Providing excellent customer service by addressing clients inquiries and concerns * Maintaining confidentiality of client information and adhering to HIPAA regulations * Training new employees * Assist with New Hire Orientation Requirements: * caregiving experience is preferred * Previous experience working with phone systems and scheduling software is preferred * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and accuracy when entering and updating appointment information * Ability to maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with difficult or upset patients * Require reliable transportation, car insurance and updated driver's license We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
