The position
We are seeking a Unit Lead to support the Trial Coordination Management Group in leading the Regional Clinical Trial Coordinators. In this role, you will manage an international team of 10-14 employees. Together with the team, you ensure Trial Coordination excellence and execution of trial related responsibilities.
Tasks & responsibilities
Leadership and talent management of an international team in an agile environment
Providing high-level standards of all related trial coordination management tasks to support the business functions
Management of resources together with the Group Leader, while monitoring trial coordination/trial support activities to ensure excellence and execution of trial related responsibilities.
Serving as a contact person, subject matter expert and support for global projects while identifying process optimization potential and acting in compliance to internal and external standards, guidelines, and processes
Recognizing and fostering potential as well as overseeing organizational and cultural development together with the Group Leader
Requirements
Leadership experience or lateral leadership experience with strong leadership skills is a must
In-depth expertise of trial related processes, documentation management and quality aspects (5 years or more); Diploma, university degree or equivalent education is an asset
Structured and proactive mindset in the approach to complex management tasks and strong communication ability to communicate content and strategies in a complex environment
Profound understanding of teamwork, inspiring others, strategically navigating through challenges, and working in a multi-cultural environment
Fluency in written and spoken English
Self-reflection skills to contemplate the own performance, behavioral patterns and interactions with stakeholders

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 67,000.- gross annual salary (full time). When defining the actual salary we are taking your technical skills as well as personal competencies and relevant professional experience into consideration.
