　　Your tasks andresponsibilities:

　　You will developambitious visual design concepts based on the design system for our extensiveand exciting product range with a variety of different touchpoints, diverseinternational customer groups and different levels of project complexity

　　You will createscreen designs using your expertise and your highly visual approach, workingclosely with Research, Interaction Design, Industrial Design and Development.You will experience the products and user groups first-hand by undertakingshadowing visits in clinics and practices, and through training on the devices

　　Together with askilled team of designers, you will shape the visual design language – frombasic layout through to the last pixel. You will have the opportunity to workwith a comprehensive professional design system, with which we regularly pushboundaries and explore new possibilities

　　Join a major growing international team, with a strongemphasis on creative dialog, and on collaboration with one another as well aswith other professionals. The teams work remotely or in the office, gettogether in the open-plan kitchen area, work in a makers' space, use theresearch lab or run workshops in the large Mind Space. 　　Yourqualifications and experience:

　　You have a degreein user interface design

　　You have manyyears of professional experience in an agency environment and/or in an in-houseUX team with a significant portfolio which has a digital focus. Experience inthe field of medical technology would be an advantage

　　You haveoutstanding visual design skills

　　You are highlyproficient in current graphics programs (Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop &Illustrator)

　　Your attributes and skills:

　　You arebusiness-fluent in English; German language skills would be an advantage

　　You have anexcellent design-oriented mindset and way of working, with a focus on users

　　You areparticularly passionate about working on creative concepts, set high qualitystandards for your work and are tenacious with strong attention to detail

　　As a team playeryou encourage collaboration and dialog within and outside the central UXdepartment at Siemens Healthineers

　　You are able tomotivate others, are proactive and results-oriented and have a good sense ofhumor
