　　Our client is looking to hire a Demand Planning Manager that has the leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced, detailed orientated, high volume position. While the title is manager, this is a individual contributor opportunity with NO direct reports. The primary responsibilities will be:

　　Develop the demand plan (operational forecasts) at multiple aggregation levels for various time horizons as part of a demand planning function.

　　Review statistical forecast trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

　　This position is 100% remote but you MUST sit in the EST time zone! This is a 6 month opportunity that could convert to perm for the right candidate. Qualifications:

　　Minimum of Associates degree or higher in business or related discipline.

　　3-5 years plus experience and background in Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning

　　Comfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environment.

　　Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.

　　High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Power Point.

　　Analytical, Microsoft Excel, Oracle O'Cloud based planning (prefer to have but not must)

　　Proficiency in SAP or Oracle

　　Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry highly preferred

　　salary: $26 - $30 per hour

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop the demand plan (operational forecasts) at multiple aggregation levels for various time horizons as part of a demand planning function.

　　Review statistical forecast trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

　　Conduct updated sales, promotional, and NPI marketing assumptions.

　　Interact with sales, marketing, promotions, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.

　　Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, Promotional, and Customer Finance teams to obtain and ensure that information is current and accurate for demand forecasts.

　　Reports forecast accuracy KPIs (MAPE, BIAS) including rationale for trends/changes

　　Consolidates inputs for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) review meetings, including building and/or consolidating presentation materials
