Currently, they are looking for a Trust Accountant, based out of their downtown Orlando office. 　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　education: Bachelors

　　Responsibilities

　　Coordinate all aspects of the firm's trust accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

　　Produce timely and precise trust accounting records and keep detailed documentation of client funds.

　　Monitor the law firm's banking relationships related to trust accounts.

　　Handle daily trust accounting processes, including printing checks, initiating/approving wire transfers, and recording transactions.

　　Review and approve Positive Pay on the firm's bank accounts.

　　Collaborate with colleagues to establish and uphold internal controls for trust accounting.

　　Assist with other accounting department and administrative duties, as assigned by supervisor.

　　Skills

　　Trust & Estate Tax (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　Legal Finance

　　TRUSTS (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　Trust & Estate (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　General Ledger (3 years of experience is required)

　　Trust Accounting (2 years of experience is preferred)
